Self discipline! Go to bed at a regular time (early so you can awaken early) and get up early (10 PM to 6 AM). Study right after you have breakfast while you are still fresh and alert. Give yourself regular breaks and limit yourself to at most an 8 hour day with several breaks. Eat regular meals and get some exercise in the evening.. Don't wait around so you have to "cram"!

Coffee or anything with caffeine in it (if you wanna stay up late). Eat healthier foods and try to sleep as much as possible.
