Answer:
They put you somewhere between Land of the Lost and La La Land.. and you usually end up having a conversation with the Wizzard before you follow Dorothy and ToTo home.
And yes.. they can cause mood swings-- alot of people get seriously addicted to those. but there are alot of other drugs out there that are alot easier to get to-- he could be stealing them to sell also...
Don't really know what to tell you other than good luck! I would hate to be trying to raise a kid in the world today! You can't do much to control them anymore according to the law, and once they figure that out, you're screwed!
Good LUCK!~!!
i know that my cousin once would abuse oxy. he would crush it up and snort it. apparently it's a high that lasts for hours. i don't ever remember him getting violet though... more mellow than anything. maybe he's mixing with other drugs?
oxycotten is the worst drug.they take it and it makes them really messed up wont sleep/eat for days doing something all the time they get sores on the face its a really additing drug and u should get ur son help ASAP
I had a friend die from overdosing on these. Your husband should try to get off of them. This medication was in the news lately because their maker was not forthcoming with the addictive qualities.
i think this is the drug you are referring to.check this outt!!
They take it to kill pain, just like your husband. It makes the world look brigher somehow. Check your son into rehab. If you cannot afford it, call the police and let the state put him in rehab. The drug has the same effect on a person who takes it for recreational purposes as someone who takes it for pain. Sometimes they take too much and overdose. This can have tragic effects and hurt their liver, kidneys, heart, etc. and can lead to death.
Oh my this drug is very addictive and one of the strongest pain killers out there, i have a friend who was hooked and he was stealing to support his habit, it took him two jail terms and a couple of rehabs and now narcotics anonymous, he said they go for 5 - 10 dollars a piece on the street.

They are illegal without a prescription.

Put those pills somewhere where your son cannot find them and if necessary get him some help now.
I would bet you sons *ss if I was u...but aby who Oxy is used to get higher than a mo-fo.My uncle used to do that sh*t because my aunt used to take them(god rest her soul). And he is in jail for 10 years because that was his 2nd time getting arrested for illegal use of drugs.
addicts will take the pills and crush them into a powder.
The pill form has a built-in timed-release mechanism, so that when you swallow it, the medication enters your system slowly and it's much safer. But when it's crushed, the timerelease is defeated, and it becomes a faster high, and a more addictive drug.
I believe it's snorted once it's pulverized.
The makers of Oxy knew that there was potential for abuse if the pill was crushed, and that it would provide a heroine-like addictive high, but they assumed that people wouldn't try it. They assumed wrong.
My 12&9 year old nieces dad overdosed on them seek him some medical help ASAP!!
