Aggravation or depression?
Answer:
My husband worked in a telecommunications call center and felt the same way. He is a very quiet and gentle man but the call center drove him almost crazy. He left the department and went else where in the company and the stress vanished! Change jobs or at least start looking!
Yeah, your job sucks.
Get over it. Once you leave work go do some fun ****. Get a hobby. Sounds like your being overwhelmed with your job. Your job is a job. You can get a new one. Do not let it take over your life. Anytime somethign changes your basic nature its time to drop it.
U need to learn the art of relaxation.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
The most stressful jobs are the ones where you have to deal with people in person or over the phone. To the customer you are the face of the company and just someone they can whine, complain or be stupid to over the phone. They will use you to vent their fustrations then go on happy with the rest of thier day while you have to endure more of the same until you go home stripped of your happiness.
There is no point in anyone advising 'take a tea break' or 'walk outside' as its not that simple. If you are annoyed by other things e.g. pay, girlfriend/boyfriend, money, bills then this type of job will only amplify your fustrations.
The solution is to start looking for another job, preferably one where you don't have to deal directly with the public and crappy attitudes.
There's only so much you can take and if you feel it's affecting you so much you want to lash out then it would be kinder to yourself and those around you to find a job you like.
