It is already 45 days i quit smoking why do i still enjoy urges when i take angry?

The first one is duo bonding. You've trained your body to associate smoking with lots of things. For me, it's walking for more than a couple minutes or waiting at the bus stop - I own a bit of an urge for a cigarette. I've only be quit for a week and a half but it's the longest I've made it adjectives year. Mostly because I'm aware of the things that make me want to smoke... and also because I still enjoy other crutches I'm using.
Being e.g. angry obviously activate some of those neural pathways which hold grown together over the years.
I know I had a girlfriend who wouldn't chitchat to me after a fight until she'd started a smoke; later she'd often suddenly poised down and apologize for overreacting. When she got angry, same as you, she'd accomplish for a smoke. God help you if she be angry because she was out of smokes... and the store be closed!

Because a) you don't calm down from mortal angry until you feel some sort of gratification - that's exactly the spot where on earth cigs hit to make you so addicted. The same place that cocain act on; the ventral tegmental area, contained by the brain - the dopaminergic reward pathway.
That's why we can "take anger out."

Me, my triggers are usually boredom, or mortal drunk; waking up or going to sleep. Basically, it's a mannerism that becomes natural.

Cravings get weaker near time. Sometimes there's an abnormally strong one - that's usually a exchange cards you hit that you haven't trained to change even so. You have to systematically desensitize yourself from respectively of those activities and inner health your body associates with smoking.

If you focus on it, it make it worse - that's rewarding the behaviour. I know it's not productive to say "ignore" cravings, but when you grain like you own a good cause to quit and aren't at risk of starting again - that's what makes it so glib for people to quit cold turkey. They're not listen to those feelings so those neural networks leak apart a lot faster and reconnect elsewhere.

Edit: When you come vertebrae to a habit after quitting for a while it make those connections more plastic (likely to shift about posterior to how they were, faster) and keep more of the network intact. It's one of the reason that many family who are addicted to something get up to like peas in a pod severity of addiction very soon after starting. For instance, compared to the first time they started. We're rooting for you!
Stress!! Even though you are bygone the physical withdrawl part of the addiction stress can trigger the desire to own a smoke. Our mind links the smokes to comfort... I quit smoking for over a year and still found my mind would fixate on them when angry or upset. Don't give into these urges.. When I started final I couldnt stop again.. Ultimately i switched from smoking to copenhagen but honestly not sure I will ever be able to verbs off another sucessful attempt to put nicotine down for polite..

You will have urges for years. I smoked for heaps years - also quit cold turkey 6 years ago. I especially get urges when working ( conservation ) around the house or on the car. I occasionally can tast them and want them. Just save hanging contained by there. By the mode - I quit because i got a lung ailment and two doctors sit me down and said if I wanted to live to be matured, quit now.
