wow it sounds like you are on a variety of psychiatric meds huh? are you even supposed to be drinking on Lithium?... anyways, I am going thru Zoloft w/ drawl right now.. have the same symptoms as you. I am a nurse. I am slowly weaning myself off and have already experienced the same things you have. I am wondering how long you tapered off for? I am probably going to have to stay on the lowest milligram for another month or so until these symptoms wear off. Everyone reacts different to coming off of these SSRI meds... and it sucks when you've been on them for a long time because your body really becomes dependent..
my question for you to think about is this.
why are you going off of it?
the only reason I'm going off of it is because I can't afford to take it anymore. but if your taking Lamictal and Lithium you seem to me that you can afford to take Zoloft (xanax is cheap)
plus what seems to help me is increasing my xanax dosage, takes some of the w/drawl stuff away. but don't do that for too long
if you are already totally off it I would say give yourself about two more weeks and suffer through it- you'll get there
