Feeling afraid?
Answer:
singleyorkie1 is right. You need a break and you want a friend by whom you can spend a good time with and can discuss all of your feelings, concerns and any doubts/worries with him. He will sweep away all of your worries and you will feel relaxed and calm. Everyone have worries one or the other but it is a skill to cope with it and if you want my help; I am always here for you sweety. So tell me your worries of any type and I will try solving it for you.

i would visit your GP and ask to be referred to mental health services
Try and learn ways of relaxing - yoga etc. If it continues, go and have a chat with your GP or a counsellor. Meds or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can be really helpful.
1) you're not stupid
2) you might be stressed and have alot to worry about
3) you might need to see a doctor just in case
4) good luck!
its likely you are transfering what you are really afraid of onto something else- or if you cannot find anything else, then creating a wall of anxiety and fear.
You created it by avoiding or trying to ignore what you are really afraid of, because maybe you were to buisy/embarrassed/unaware of what to do/how to cope with it, so you just blocked it out and tried to get back to your life with out the anxiety bothering you.
well you cannot do this with anxiety and fear, it simply sits unresolved and comes back to haunt you when things are quiet.
Try to get some support, you you phone a friend for company- sometimes by them just being there you can feel more able to cope with things.
or try calling the samaritans and talking things through, try to trace the anxiety or whats triggered you to feel the way you do- sometimes we do such a good job of blocking out the original cause we forget what stared it and why wer are running from it in the first place!
Or try drawing/writing/painting...etc the feeling into an image- to get a better hold of it.
In the long term ,maybe see your gp about getting some therpay to stop it occuring again and again
good luck
You're not stupid. You are having trouble controlling your worries and anxiety. No one here can diagnose the cause, but it's a common human thing.
If you really and truly want answers and help, you will have to talk to either your family doc, a psychologist, or a psychiatrist.
In the mean time...I can only recommend exercise (helps with stress), avoid caffeine, don't do illegal drugs, and do things you love that help you feel good. And no more calling yourself names, because you deserve better than that. ;)
Awwwwwwww maybe your just stressed take a break have fun.
Anxiety is a very real thing and affects some people more than others. You need to find someone to talk to about your fears and you may find that sharing them helps you to rationalise them more.Don't beat yourself up about it,there is nothing seriously wrong with you probably just a phase you are going through. It will pass.
i take it your a shy person so try to go to a hobby class .why not try taking up tai chi? it is good for your whole persona and you will learn how to breath. it is a relaxing slow moving martial art that will give you confidence and teach you how to defend yourself which may help you combat anxiousness and being afraid
This is where I come from; you have given 11% best answers to the questions you have replied to. That's really good. The people who will give you answers on this site will not tell you what you really want to know; it's this, YOU are YOU and you will always be as you now are BUT as you grow older and older and, I am talking about grey hair, you will readily see what I have said and as a consequence will manipulate yourself into jogging along in life knowing your own "little" insecurities.
The other thing YOU would like to hear is this:- we human beings are ALL very much the same and we also jog along in the manner I say. We are all full of our own bundles of insecurities. The difficult part for you is to actually believe what I am saying . . . . when you have done this you will think of something else . . . say like . . . shredded wheat is good for your breakfast. You are then standing in line with us all.
maybe its an underlying symptom of panic and anxiety disorder...your symptoms closely match up with this disorder
