I need help please someone !?
Answer:
just calm down, everything is going to be okay, my mom has most of these problems so i do know what it's like, i 'm bi polar myself so that can be hard sometimes too. the medicine that you were giving usally takes about a month to really start working if not then maybe you hsould talk to your doctor about switching to something else. i know how you feel and that some regular "perfect" person would just tell you to stop, but i know it's nothing you can help. if you just need someone to talk to e-mail me, my e-mail is in my profile!
you need to go to your psychiatrist and be straight up front with him. you must be aggressive and tell him that your medication is doing nothing to help you. tell him you absolutely need new medication.
TAlk to your psychiatrist about this, the meds you are on may not be working or need to be upped. Call and get an appointment ASAP.
Sounds to me like you have repressed bad stuff that's happened to you in your life. I cry pretty much all the time and get scared feelings, etc, and don't know why. I've lost jobs from refusing to leave the house with an unreasonable fear that people will see how much of a bad person I am, even though that fear in unfounded.
What's helped me is klonipin and xanax, but you have to be careful cuz they are addictive, and detox from them is ROUGH! It can be worse than heroin detox.
Ps. I used to clean my house so religiously you could eat off the floor. And it still didn't feel clean to me.
I wish you the best and that things get better for you, hun.
Call your psychiatrist (or whichever doctor is prescribing your meds) asap! It is horribly scary to feel like you do, I know (I have depression and anxiety, so I have felt like you described without the OCD and phobia). You are in a crisis situation and need an emergency appointment. (If they won't give you one, go to your hospital's emergency room--a regular doctor will likely talk to you, but you should be able to be seen by a staff psychiatrist).
Granted it takes time to see if a meds change will work (up to 6-8 weeks) but sometimes simply knowing that SOMETHING is being done is enough to keep you going.
If you don't think you can verbally express to your doctor how you feel, print off what you wrote and bring it in.
You have to introduce a drastic change in your life. If you cannot think of anything else, could you not just go on a trip somewhere in the countryside with a friend?
You may do use of professional help and professional help may be the appropriate help for you in these circumstances of your life.
Otherwise you might simply adopt a fiercy strategy of getting greater care of your own health by eating good food, and by relaxing together with some good friends of yours.
You may also decide to go out and enjoy fresh air and sunshine, moving freely out in the landscape, at the seaside or lakeside or riverside, or even just walking uphills or on a mountain, and breathing and perspiring as intensely as you can.
You may seek good company and try to dedicate yourself to a romantic relation, to a good sexual life.
You may enjoy natural scents.
You may do some exciting physical work without having to look at the clock.
You may try sleeping "seven" hours during the last part of the night.
A fiercy way of life, a dedication to a glowing spirituality, a care for natural healthy behavior, and a romantic friend or friends that your really care about may be the real good help for you.
You definitely need a change in the routines of your life.
Good luck to you!

counseling and getting on some anti depressants would be the first step and the best step. you say that you have outbursts and are constantly cleaning things..you can also look into local support groups that are usually through the local hospital in your area. you can meet with other people who have what you have and they can be a better assistant to your disease.
