Is it better if you dont sleep if you want to go somewhere which you are scared about?

like if you are scared about going to the dentist or something and you dont sleep so that your mind wont be worried about that and will be worried about your tiredness so is it better that you dont sleep or get little sleep?

Sleep deprivation wont make you less worried. It can even backfire and make it worse.

If you're afraid of doctors or the dentist that much, most of them will give you sedatives like Valium during the procedure if you ask in advance.
You are better off getting a good night's sleep. The human body handles stress better if it is well rested.
