Why am i constantly tired tired tired.?

Answer:
It can be a vitamin deficiency. I had this problem and I started taking B 100s and I felt better, than I started taking GNC multi vitamin and that was even better than the Bs. Talk to your doc to have some tests to see which vitamins you may be lacking or if it is something else. Also, keep hydrated, get some cardio by jogging some mornings and ofcourse eat healthy, lookout for saturated and trans fats.
maybe you need more sleep! if not, you could be stressed, depressed, taking medication that makes you more tired, or have a medical condition (eg. ME).
Have your tyroid checked. When I was having the problem of being tired i found when i went to my doctor after a simple blood test that I suffered from Hypothyroidism. It could also be coming from someother health problem.
Most women are prone to iron deficiencies which can lead to chronic fatigue. I would suggest trying a multi-vitamin to start and excercise. These will boost your energy levels a bit. Also, most often your tiredness probably is in relation to some emotional stress you dont want to deal with. So start running, jogging, or doing something aggressively physical so you can release some energy.
Could be you're not eating right or you have a thyroid problem. Go see a doc and get your blood tested.
There are any number of reasons why you're constantly tires, Melissa. That's why it's a good idea to get a complete physical before jumping to any conclusions. But oftentimes, it can be anything from depression to your thyroid. Get it checked out. Good luck.
It could be a sign of depression, but get a thorough check up.
You could not be getting enough sleep. Also, if you are doing more physical activity than you are used to, your body will be tired a lot. This happens to me in the beginning of summer. I sit around all day in winter and then when it gets nice out my body gets freaked out with all the activity!!

If this is NOT the case, then you might want to look for symptoms of a common cold, which include fever, runny nose, etc. If this is also not the case, you might want to check for certain illnesses, such as Mono or Lyme's disease. These are easily checked for with a blood test and are easily cured, depending on what stages of the illness you are in, with medications. Good luck!

After reading your second response, my answer has changed a little bit.

I also get this way, or used to, in class and when studying. First things first, you have to sit in a chair when studying. Chilling on the couch or in a bed will NOT work. Also, make sure you've done your homework and reading before class, as this engages you more in the class topics. Try studying in places where you aren't so comfortable that you would want to just go sleep. Try a library or the kitchen. Also, take breaks every 10-15 minutes. Studying will get monotonous and VERY BORING if you just cram away at something for 30 to 60 mins. Good luck with all this!
maybe you are just bored. at work i feel really tired because i am so bored. but once i leave all my energy comes back.
I went through that where I felt exhausted all the time so I had a thyroid test taken and it came back that my thyroid was not at the right level making me have Hypothyroidism. They prescribed me medication that would regulate it and almost immediately I was back to my old self. Just a thought for you. Anyway, you can try my answer to see if that may be it. Good Luck on finding the right answer.
Wow Im surprised nobody answered with the most likely culprit LOW IRON it happens to most woman and they dont even know a high iron multivitamin or better yet iron pills will halp dramatically within weeks. Just ask a pharmacist you dont even need a prescription and since they are a vitamin they arent very expensive
Many people sleep but don't actually relax.
Hypnosis is a wonderful way to learn to relax properly and to focus your attention when you need to.

sounds like you have a short attention span
Are you depressed or over whelmed?
Please do not take this as medical advice. Are you on any
meds such as for high blood pressure ect?Have you been checked for diabetes? Are you getting the required hours of sleep you need? And last but not least - There is a chance that you might have sleep apnea. This is more common than
people realize-especially in overweight people and snorers.
It causes people to stop breathing several times during their
sleep. interrupting the sleep pattern which in turn causes some people to fall asleep at various times of the day Sometimes unexpectedly. There are cases of this in our family. But the best advise i can give you is that if it continues
please see your doctor. as any of the above can be detrimental to your health .And it would be worth it just to get a clean bill of health for your own peace of mind.
Good Luck
