How do you manege time between, family, work and studies?

get a day planner - and make 'appointments' for you to see family, friends etc.. Realize that you NEED free time in order to be productive at work and school... you MUST rest and enjoy life, or you will get depressed/frustrated and stressed. All of this leads to sickness... take time for yourself and don't feel guilty about that.. a good book to read is 'maximum achievement' by Brian Tracy...
When life gets hectic for me, I immediately stop everything and go for a nice walk somewhere quiet, or take a drive - whatever is calming and peaceful, or out for a drink with a friend - it feels like a little holiday..
how about drawing yourself up a timetable for yourself and then make sure you stick to it divide your time and make sure that you can fit everything in and it might help you be a bit more organised as well
