Do i catch panick attacks?

I know you cant say ''yes you enjoy panic attacks'' ''no you dont'' and that i want to see a doctor to get it confirmed but i be wondering if you could give me counsel on weatehr it is worth going to doctors or if i would be wasting their time.

Well.. when i think roughly speaking something i am really worried about or am dreading, i start to receive out of breath. it make me feel really sick and i seize a deep fear in my stomach. these mood last just about 20 mins to half an hour. the other light of day i thought about something i really didnt want to do and i get these feelings. i also attain them when i think about/ stir on the service bus on my own or if im walking through town on my own.

If you dont think they are frenzy attacks then do you hold any suggestions of what they are?

it sounds like you enjoy alot of aneixty and they are leading to frenzy attacks i have have panic attack for years i know how strong they can be i would suggest going to your doctors

Possibly only a doctor will notify. If it is affecting your life detrimentally your not wasting the doctors time, unless your also upset of seeing the doc? I go to the doc 4 constantly going to the poo & found out it was from intake this weight gain stuff they didn't say aloud I was wasting their time.

If you don't want medication, or think you may want to try another route to pedal this you can contact a therapist and they can stir over some other techniques such as breathing and visualization exercises to help out you self calm. They work for some society but to not for others.

There are panic & aniexty attacks some are duplicate to some people but I acquire both, and it sounds like you are too. You should consult to your Dr. and he may be able to bestow you a anti-depressant to balance you out. (anti-depressants are not lately for depression)

I own the same problem but i grasp chest pains as well as your symptoms and own been told they are frenzy attacks. I started with one again today at work. Sometimes i reason im having a heart attack and i hold been to the hospital for them to update me the same entity "im stressed" but im not!! The pain last for days and i get anxiety if im driving my coup¨¦ or out shopping which can last for a few hours but later i go hindmost to normal.
Its a horrible consciousness and im on the lookout for help as im alien to this. As if life wasnt firm enough.
you MAY be suffering from high-ranking levels of angsiety (sorry around the spelling) but I do not think that you are have panic attacks although regardles of whether you want to or not i would strongly recomend seeing a doctor your GP will know how to reffer you to an appropriate medical practitioner best wishes
Everyone's panic/anxiety attacks differ. But, for the most part they consist of : race heart & racing thoughts, hand and feet may procure numb, you may feel as if you're have a heart attack or dying, dry mouth, a feeling as if you are outside of your body looking down on yourself, an overall reaction of dread. I know my panic attacks are the worst things I own ever felt within my entire life. They draw from so bad that I call the ambulance once.
It sounds as if you suffer from isolated anxiety. You know what you're anxious about. Panic attacks usually ensue for no reason. You may not even be jumpy at all, in the region of anything, and wham - you're having an attack. No, doesn't sound as bleak as a panic attack. You may be heading surrounded by that direction, but what you are describing is not a panic attack. Sounds more resembling anxiety which is completely different. You need to see your doctor to confirm this and possibly give you some beta blockers or something.

certainly you are having free-floating anxiety attacks. i suggest you swot up deep breathing relaxation exercises and carry something to distract you like listen to music when they start.
Oh i sympathise with you.I suffer beside panic attacks,and anxiety attacks.I am not going to pretend i know the answers.I dont know if this will back but i had a shocking fear of flying,due to panic and anxiety,this was duplicate in adjectives my everyday life.I face up to my fears and went on a anxiety of flying course,I was so glad i did.It skilled me that my panicand anxiety was brought on by worring give or take a few what was going to evolve more than it happening itself. similar to you i would sit there worrying and getting more and more anxious it brought the nouns attack on.They are so overpowering you think you are never going to cope again,but you can.anytime you start getting anxious or worried ,its difficult at first,but try to bear your mind of it,force yourself to think of other things.eg football or sport you similar to.Take a few deep breathes hold for a few second and it helps to unemotional you.Ihave a saying presently,there a virtuous guy in my leader who wants to disagree this and thers a bad guy who requirements to keep you down-Dont agree to the bad guy win
yes it's a frenzy attack. you CAN overcome them with some work and within are resources available. i suggest you learn to overcome/control them yourself to some extent than going straight onto a drug that you may become dependant on. many various people own success stories including myself. you can do it!

it sounds like mild anxiety...i used to suffer from extreme anxiety but own learned to control it thro mental practice. some times i can't control it completely but enjoy ways to calm it down. i used to receive they feelings you have a word about 24/7 and it little by little came down to the extraordinary occasion presently thro telling myself at hand is nothing going to evolve or think a short time ago let it occur i don't care, what happen....happens! (facing fear) i know this sounds nuts but it works for me.this take alot of practice and time tho so be patient . here is a reason for this taking place so take a thoughtful look at anything that has happen to you or could have trigger this. check out your diet too this affects you contained by ways you don't relise.
i dont really have an answer but i a moment ago wanted to thank you for asking because its making me put somebody through the mill how i am, i also get close to this, usually only when travelling, which when i chew over back could of be triggered by something i just try to hang on to my mind off it and bear deep breaths when it happen and it seems to work ok, ego recommend trying alternative options to drugs any hours of daylight tho, hope my pointless answer in some channel may have help x
photosinsisthis.............st... my panic attacks............contained by biology we had to revise.i was appropriate in bioology untill this word croped up.......could i say-so it ..........i could not.and the whole class laugh apart from me ,,,,,,,that was my first madness attack................ second one was when some girl call me buck teeth.... which i wasnt ok my teeth were ,not attractive even i didnt resembling them .................so asked for false teeth...........my eyes arnt so good immediately ................i still see the the fear ...you can over come it a word of encouragement................i... i can do it .so can you !!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
