What would be a healthy weight for me?

I am 16 years old...I am 5ft 10 - 5ft 11. I am underweight. I play sports and I do 30 push ups 30 sit ups and 30 jumping squats every day. I weigh 123lbs. How much under weight am I and how do you recommend i pick up weight?

you are just 16, you do need to pay much attention about the weight. eat well with balance diet. Continue your sport activities. Sometime is easy to gain fats than getting rid when you are much older.
Try puting on 10-20 pounds cause your BMI indicates you're underweight (less than 17)

you want to be in the 140-165 weight range. Push ups are great but I would recommend going to the gym and getting on a workout program that targets the larger muscles of the body (pecs, legs, back) as well as add on exercises for the arms (tri's and bi's) and core. Eat healthy but concentrate on protein rich foods. You can also take protein supplements and vitamins. You can go to GNC and they have ahuge supply of weight gainers you can add to your diet. Just make sure to do it the right way and within three months of hard work at the GYM combined with eating the right foods and you'll be able to add the weight and muscle. good luck.
