Penises are like cars. There are many different sizes, shapes, colors and styles. As long as your penis doesn't hurt then it is ok. Mine goes straight out, some point up towards your chin, others have bends in them (some left, some right) but they are all normal. You can ask your Dr. about it but I'd say what ya got is what ya got and you need to learn to love it.
Your race doesn't matter one bit, and the majority of mens penises aren't perfectly straight, so don't worry about it.
