Workout for a 14 year old boy?

i am 14. i am 5.9 and approx. 125-130 lbs. so my bmi is about 19 which is healthy.
i am trying to get a 6 pack and also increase the size of my arms and chest.
do any of u have specific exercises or routines you would recommend?
any advice would be helpful.

It is not advisable for a 14 year old to begin with any workout routine. You are still growing and it could affect your growth negatively. Wait until you are 16 years of age before beginning. I would advise you to consult with a physiotherapist for an appropriate workout routine. In the meantime eat a healthy balanced diet drink lots of water.
