well I would suggest female hormones but you may end up with breast ...which would you rather have more a beard or ****...LOL
Take female hormones for a few months.of course, you'll grow breasts and your wienie will shrink...
You best bet is to look into laser hair removal, I would never use it since I like my goatee but I believe the effects of this hair removal is case closed. Though I have herd this process is permenant, it is expensive but very quick. So look into it, and good luck with it.
Buy yourself some mens hair removal cream. My bf uses it and it works alot better than shaving. Plus it seems like it takes longer for the hair to grow back. You apply it to the unwanted hair for 8 - 15 minutes, and then just rinse it off. I think your only other option would be electrolysis. All I know about that is its expensive, and usually requires more than one treatment.

i got the same problem, its really annoying isnt it, but the hair removal cream works pretty good cuz it takes alot longer to come back, but otherwise better get used to it.
