Losing a lot of weight, should I see a doctor?
Answer:
If you are doing a lot of activity but not eating enough you could be losing weight naturally. 145 for 5'5" is normal but 127 could be the start of something bad - go see a doctor and rule out all the possibles.
losing wt in a very high speed can be a symptom of a serious disease
If you are not trying to lose that weight and it is just drop off Yes you should see a Dr. Also if you are worried about it YES you should see a DR. So I guest my answer is YES go see a Dr.
if you're only doing cardio and not any weights, then the loss could be due to muscle mass. Muscle does weigh more than fat. Although an 18 pound loss is quite a bit, I wouldn't be too worried about it. If you are concerned, you should go get a check up.
i think its normal because you are still doing cardio, it would be wierd if you werent doing nothing and you were loosing weight.
if you are worry about it, see a doctor for better diagnose.
