anytime you exchange any type of body fluid either by french kissing or oral sex or sex or anal intercourse or snot or buggers or pee or poop or any other kind of exchange imaginable you run the risk of disease. The only way to really be safe is do nothing ever or at least be with someone you know without any doubt is not doing anything of any kind with anyone else but you and even then there is a chance of one of or both of you getting hepatitis from some germ. If she sits on a toilet that has been sat on by someone else or one that hasn't been sterilized before she sat on it then the germ could be there. If you pee at a urinal or sit on a toilet and it is not sterilized she could get it from you so always shower as part of your fore play or keep your mouths off each other.

Yes you could catch something, but ask yourself what are the chances.
Do you know the girl well. If you are younger, STD's are really not all that common. Did you know her history? If you were the first guy she had been with, then i would suggest that you wouldn't even need to bother about getting checked.
And to the suggestion about putting a condom over her privates and then doing it next time. Why not just never do it at all. Whats the point in oral sex if you can't feel anything.
