6 1/2 inches is not uncommon at all for a male penis. And at 13 years of age, I would not complain. You are just fine. And, I have found that when you're really, really aroused, your penis can grow even an inch longer. At least this is what I've experienced.

I was about that size at 13. The average size is usually what you are, but I guess that's for a full-grown man. I'd say you're a little big for your age. But that's my take on it.
