Well, it really does not matter that you are male, it is down to the fact from what I can tell you are going through puberty and your hormones are all over the place, when you rub your nipples it is stimulating for your body meaning at that moment more estrogen is present giving your breasts a bigger definition then normal, and when not being stimulated they are normal size, im sure the size difference is not much, just slight swelling, think of it as like an erection, or when females get sexually excited their libia and clitoris full with blood, its similar sort of thing, dont worry about it, your fine. yeah its completely normal moron... but you have to make sure that you rub both nipples at the same time and speed so that you wont get lop sided boobs! da.mn go talk to your doctor.
