Answer:
What you had was a wet dream, perfectly normal for a growing young man. All part of growing up!
dont just stop because you feel like your not normal. most guys do it everyday!
and your probably just in need or another 'release' nothing to worry about ok ?
Say wha?
it's normal dude. you can jack it if you want to prevent that from happening. If you don't, your body is still making everything and it has to release at some point, so you will pop one while you are sleeping or even when you are taking a leak. it doesn't matter either way- you are fine
Nocturnal emissions mostly occur if you don't get relief in any other way. They're completely normal and there's nothing really you can do about it. Aside from the annoyance of having to get up and clean oneself off, there's no harm in having them.
I don't really know why you'd want to stop masturbating though, as there are no real reasons to stop and plenty of reasons to keep on doing it,
You had a wet dream. This means that you need to release sexual tension and stress. You can do it again. It is perfectly healthy!!!
You had a wet dream, a "nocturnal emission." It's your body's way of getting rid of built up semen if you don't do it yourself. It's normal if you don't masturbate. Some guys have them during the day, too.
Not sure why you stopped masturbating. It doesn't hurt you no matter how often you do it (once a day or more is normal). But if you don't masturbate or have sex with someone at least every few days, you should expect to continue to have wet dreams.
Masturbation is completly natural, and its a great way to relieve built up stress. Hey there is a youtube video that gives a couple reasons why masturbation is so great. <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yq1mcilcx... Enjoy !!
