You may have what is called Gynecomastia. (unless its just normal fat and you need to lose weight) Talk to your doctor. Taking zinc supplements prevents gynecomastia as zinc is very important in making testosterone. Your doctor may suggest surgery or perhaps testosterone.
Twisting them will make them swell MORE! Stop it! Also if you smoke pot that can have an effect on your chest.
That's because you're fat hun. Twisting your man boob won't make it better.
