im looking for a work out that is arond 30-45 min. Im 14 years ancient, 5ft 10in and 130 lbs. Im not fat or anything but ego like to tighten up my muscles because i play on the school basketball team. Im looking for a workout that would hand over me a six-pack, build leg and arm muscles. Also can someone give me a honourable diet plan. also please dont give a short time ago quick responses im looking more for detailed minute to minute workout and exact types of food i should be ingestion. Also i dont have a gym or anything so it would hold to be exercises without machines. appreciation
ps: id close to to have my muscles toned within as soon as possible so i could probably do more than 30-45 min.

as far as diet, if you in actual fact do the exercises and pay attention to the details don't swing your diet you might actually realize you'll want more food intake depending on your body needs ... unsurprisingly
ohh man you are pretty young so don't overwork yourself you will do more damage than good contained by the long run. for example you don't want busted knees because wore out that cartilage by age 18. so take it unforced and exercise in moderation
