Excruciating Ejaculation?

Okay, so it was my first time have sex last hours of darkness. I felt fine during it, later when I started to ejaculate, it hurt very disappointingly! It was this burning sensation going up my penis and surrounded by my testicles. I still have severe ache in my pelvic region especially within those places, and the pain have yet to shift away. I am going to see the doctor in a couple of days, but I don't know if this will be soon ample. Urinating is almost impossible because my muscles down there will narrowly function. Does anyone have any thinking of what this may be, and should I seek medical attention sooner?
