I pee brownish red liquid i think its pee mixed with blood but im not sure from what it can happen?

It can be a kidney or bladder infection, in which case you might have lower back pain. Make yourself pee before class and see a doctor peeing even a little blood can be serious if left untreated. Tell your parents that your teacher is being a butt about it and maybe they can get you some help. If you do pee yourself in her class once she will stop.
That's definitely not normal. Contact your doctor immediately. Blood in urine is never normal.

It could be from the tension that you're putting on your bladder from holding it. Holding it for long periods of time can cause urinary problems in the long run. I suggest trying to make it to the bathroom sooner if possible or consulting your doctor. Or, simply drink less before and during school so you wont have to go as much.
