One of my testicles is 3 times smaller than the other what is wrong?(im 13)?

often one testicle will grow more then the other but that sounds very strange, i would go to a doctor for sure

there is nothing wrong, it often takes longer for one testicle to descend into the scrotum than the other. Nothing to worry about until you are maybe 18 and it still hasn't descended, then you may want to consult a doctor.
Look on the bright side; the other one is three times larger.
As long as you have your checkup and talk with your doctor you should be alright.. There are some test they can run, but otherwise you are young.. You shold be fine...
NOT A THING! Lots of our "companion body parts" are asymetrical! That means one may be smaller than the other. You are 13 so you are just noticing this due to a hormone driven interest! LOL!
For example, put your hands together: one is slightly larger. Same for feet (usually the left is larger!) See?

fu.ck man, im 13 too but that has never happend to me, but i think you can still have kids with only one testicale and that all counts
my best guess is that puberty is playing it's usual tricks on you and one testicle has grown faster than the other. While this isn;t common to have one that much ahead of the other, it is possible since body parts grow at all different rates during puberty - thus you'll see some teens with disproportionately long of short arms or legs, hair in all sorts of places, etc.
My suggestion is to give it a year and see how things develop. However if you are really concerned feel free to see your doctor and have yoru testicles examined just in case he might find an alternate explanation.
