Actually, even though there's all this talk that it does, it really doesn't unless it's really small. As long as it's not too small, like under 3 inches erect (depending on age) and not too thin like the girth of a pencil it's fine and can please a woman if you know what you are doing. Any women that says otherwise is either lying or hasn't been doing enough kegals.
By the way, I've never seen a grown man that was only 3 inches erect. I would say that 5 inches and bigger is preferable though, but not necessary. But keep in mind that too big isn't good either.
