Tell them you are having blood in your urine, and it will take the embarassing factor of sex/masturbation out of the equation for you.
blood can result from an inflammation in the male reproductive tract. instead of "breaking it to your parents," you have the right to consult a doctor first. tell you father or mom that you want to see a doctor for a sensitive issue (tell them it's embarrassing and you would rather discuss it with a physician.) If it's an issue, your parents will need to find out, but if it's nothing, you can keep it confidential between you and your physician.

Sit them down...Break it to the mlightly such as "Mom/Dad I found a problem which i think could be a problem..."And just tell them its okay it would be best to tell them before something serious happens.

You might feel better talking to your dad instead, and then let him talk to mom and it will be easier to face them both. Personally, I am sure they will sense your embarrassment, and will quickly try to make it easier for you. I bet your parents are your "real" best friends, like mine are, and you never have to be embarrassed with them, 'cause they will always care how you feel. i know how u feel.. i had a UTI ( urinary tract infection ) and i sooo didnt wanna tell my mom..but when i looked up the symptoms..i knew i had to..and once u tell one of ur parents..youll feel closer or easier to talk about it with them..but i would..just talk to wichever parent ur closest with be like "Dad...uh..i think i have a problem" and if hes like what is it? just be like "well its kinda embaressing..u know..guy stuff?? and just..when i.." ummmm blah blah
