Yes you can get various Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) even if you are BOTH healthy. Remember, the anus is not the most sanitary place to put your penis in. That is why the use of condoms is always advised.

yes, thats where aids comes from
No, the only way you can get a disease is if you or the other person has a disease. By the way Aids and Hiv isn't only contracted by homosexuals it can be spread to anyone who doesn't practice safe sex or has sex with an infected person.
It is not where AIDS comes from. But as for it creating an STD, I'm not sure. However, I know it would cause something bad if you two didn't clean up afterwards. I know with women, if a guy has anal sex with her and his penis also touches her vagina, she could get a UTI (urinary tract infection). I'd just make sure that afterwards, you washed up, then everything would be fine. And I'd still used condoms too.
you'd have to ask a specialist that isn't some snob with a dildo shoved up his or her ****. i'm guessing that it would take more than that.
Yes it does and the risk increases especially if you're partner is promiscuous/sleeps around alot... There are alot of sexually transmitted disease out there, its not just HIV/AIDS you need to be wary of...
actually, it isnt an std but there is a lot of e coli bacteria in the intestines. this can be transmitted into the penis and i imagine it would make you pretty sick. i know that ingesting e coli can make you very sick and can kill you. im no doctor, but use a condom!
It doesn't CREATE an STD, but if one of the two guys have an STD it can certainly transmit the disease.
While it will not create a STD it can spread them if you have unprotected sex. If you do have anal sex then make sure you use a condom. That way the chances of you catching anything is small (though still possible). best thing would be to have only one sexual partner and make sure they only have one as well.
only if either one is carrying the disease otherwise no!
NO! Its just important the receiver is clean before you you engage in intercourse! Just think 40-50% of straight people engage in anal sex! I have met women that perfer getting it in the rear door than the front door!
it dosent create the disease but if one has an std it can be transferred during anal sex
use a condom!
