Exercise and sex?
i have started body building since last few days in the morning, i wanted to know, my previous night intercourse affect my exercise stamina ? and i should avoid intercourse before doing exercise, if i calculate there is always gap of atleast 7 hours between intercourse and exercise.
i need good opinions.

You truly are an idiot. Unless they have invented a Smith Dik machine since I was last at the gym (like an hour ago) then whether you have had intercourse the night beofre or not will make no difference to your workout. Enjoy your push-ups and Glut bridges.

Do your weight training in teh afternoon before you ahve intercourse... then you get a longer period of rest... Enjoy!
They probably increase your stamina. And your partner would probably prefer that you exercise less and perform more at home.

Honestly, the sex is not what is going to effect your weight training (unless it is really wild and a full out aerobic workout.) The amount and quality of sleep you get will effect your training. Also, you mentioned that you just started body building a few day ago. Are you allowing at least 24-48 hours rest before working the same muscle group? This is needed in body building to gain size.
Worried on nothing. The human body is designed to have sex as well as the exercises and one does not interfere with the other.
