Uncircumcised penis bad for sexual activity?

I am 15 years old and have an uncircumcised penis, I have never gotten a "BJ," but I was wondering if girls really care one way or another... I dont want to be embarrassed when I FINALLY get a "BJ" considering that at this age "my hormones raging" , and I was wondering if I should talk to my doctor about having the skin removed. I have read about the risks and all that. Please help me out!

Answer:
As long as you're foreskin is working normally (you can pull it back and forth all the way easily and comfortably) then there should be no negative effects for sexual activity. Actually it might be better. The foreskin contains many nerve endings that may contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 1). In addition, several studies indicate that the foreskin may play a positive role in the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 2, 3, 4). So if there's nothing wrong with your foreskin, then it's probably beneficial to both you and your girl.

Most women don't actually care if you're circumcised or not as long as it's clean and doesn't have a bad smell. If it's not clean they will refuse (and one can't blame them). Some girls might have a preference one way or the other, and many might find the foreskin weird but most will accept it and get used to it. It should be worth mentioning that 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, so it makes sense that the majority of women (worldwide) either don't care or prefer the uncircumcised penis.

So as long as your foreskin's working normally and you keep it clean, there's no good reason to get it removed. In the end, it's a better idea to change the girlfriend and not your body for a girlfriend.
Dude, your parents should have gotten the doctors to remove that, when you were a baby! Women don't like that! Ask your parents this same question. Good luck.
I think you are crazy for even thinking of having the skin removed for anyone else! Girls may be a little surprised that your aren't circumcised as it is rarer than being circumcised but they will be fine. And women don't mind it at all. You shouldn't be embarassed! You are fine. The only reason to have the skin removed is if you are having problems with it. If you do it because you are worrying about girls, you will regret it later on. Think it through, okay? But, trust me, you are perfect just the way you are.
Huh ? Good luck with ur doctor ! Hope he wouldn't cut the wrong place ! (^.^)
My bf was 15 when i first performed oral on him, we have been together ever since we are close to 20 now and i promise it has not made a difference. I was a virgin and that was the first penis i had seen, so that is all i am used to. Just clean it really well i don't see why it would be a problem for oral, since the skin is not very visible once erect.

use protection, only get one if it is offered..never ask! and just because your hormones are raging don't think you HAVE to get a "BJ"...k? take care of yourself!
~My preference is circumcised. I wouldn't give a BJ to someone that wasn't circumcised. Not all women feel the way I do.
If you want to be circumcised, by all means, go for it.~
it is easier to clean
more aesthetic
lenght has nothing to do
the prepuce is thin layer of skin around the head Of the penis not at the tip of it.
for about 150.00 outpatient any hospital or doctor clinic can perform it.
I'm married to an uncircumcised man.

It's been a pain in his *** his whole life, he hates it. As soon as we had a son he scheduled the circumcision right away.

BUT, we do have a good sex life, and once a girl learns how to be with a man who isn't circumcised it isn't hard. Yes, giving a BJ to a guy who isn't circumcised is different, but it's also a novelty. It really depends on where you live. Do you live in a large city? then it's ok. do you live in the middle of nowhere where girls are going to be freaked out? then talk to your doctor about getting it fixed.

find out what your parent's motivations were for leaving you natural. you may find that these ideas are more compelling than your social ideas of what a penis should look like.
I think you are super brave for asking.I also think that since you are concerned you should talk to your doctor about your options.

When the time comes that you want to be intimate then you should always have good hygiene.
Nah, don't worry about it. Just make sure it's nice and clean if you are expecting someone to be down there. Good times.
Except in the US and Israel, circumcision is an uncommon procedure, and the human race is in no danger of becoming extinct because of it.
No...your parents did the right thing. Gential mutilation is terrible. When you are hard, she won't be able to tell the difference. Make sure to keep yourself impeccibly clean down there.

In case you didn't know...as you get older, the fact that you do still have the protective covering for your penis means that there is less loss of penile sensitivity over the years.

Besides, not being circumsized is not really all that uncommon of a thing anymore...in 1991, the year before or the year that you were born (depending on when your birthday is) the circumscision rate was only about 61.1% percent, meaning that for every ten babies born that year, 6 were circumcised while 4 were not.

There is no reason to be self-conscious. Again, keep yourself clean and you may want to give the girl a heads-up if you think she might freak out.

If you want her to want to give you a BJ... learn how to reciprocate...that is the most important thing.
This is a misconception especially in areas where circumcision is prescribed in religion.on However, in India, especially in -non-Muslin and non-Christians it is not compulsory and is not normally resorted to and yet there are o reports about any sexual malfunctioning. In the sex act the foreskin of the excited penis is drawn back andy it does not in any way a hindrance .

I should know. I am a Hindu from India.
sence you are 15 what does your parents say? this is an answer from experience. my husband was with this problem finally he bleed every time we had sex to the point I said forget it until you go to the dr. 20 yrs later still he has same problem and yes the dr office told me he had been swelling bad and he was much older than you but you must keep the skin back and keep it clean. back to me ex he hadto have the skin removed and he did very well and talk to your dad or mom and go get it done dont wait until you are married and start haveing serious prob. dr said it cuts off blood flow and my husband could be in life ot death mess go to er. if need but 20 yrs I got divorce now he is with my friends of many yrs. good luck dont rush the sex you can wait and find ms right but do have the skin removed if it is what your family agree to do.
If you go through with a circumcision, the head of your penis will be a lot less sensitive and you're going to lose a lot of feeling. So don't go through with it. Secondly, most girls won't even notice if you're not circumcised. 15-year-old girls shouldn't know the difference inbetween penises anyway. Circumcised penises and uncircumcised penises look the same when they're erect. For the most part, anyway. It really does not make a huge difference, and when you get your first "BJ" it won't make a difference to the girl, so don't be embarassed!
what ever you do don't get it done. More and more guys have a natural penis anyway. In Europe and Asia nearly all guys are natural. In the US and Australia most guys under 20 are natural. I'm a 35 yo guy from Australia and I'm so glad my parents didn't get me cut as a baby. I've had many BJ and never had anybody complain. All I do is wash it everyday like the rest of my body. If anything it make giving a BJ better as you can roll the skin forwards and backwards. All a cut guy can get done is to drag up and down the shaft. Mind you they might need that because they are less sensitive as nearly 3/4 of the nerve ending in the penis are remove when a guy is circumcised. Also a natural penis looks better. no big scar line and no pulling of the skin really tight when erect. Guys who say you should get it done are just jealous of what they can never get back. The risk of catching a STD is the same both ways and all you need to do is wear a condom anyway. I never have a problem with smell or any build up. To the people who say to get it cut because it may cause a problem, does that mean we should removed every bodies appendix and tonsils?
removing the foreskin will also remove the extra pleasure. there is some use for foreskin, if you keep it clean, the girls is alright with it.
Hi some people like it others don't
Adult males lose 15 square inches (40 square centimetres) of skin in circumcision, over half the skin of your penis. You lose the gliding action as it slides on itself during masturbation and sex. You will suffer bruising, perhaps some bleeding, and the swelling from the disruption to the lymph system goes on for up to six months. Removing the foreskin turns the surface of the glans from an inner mucosal membrane to outside skin. Newly circumcised adults usually go through some weeks of intense discomfort as the glans is constantly exposed to rubbing on clothing, until it develops a thicker keratin layer and becomes less sensitive. You must abstain from ALL sexual activity for an average of six weeks. Some men like the final result but others complain of loss of sensation and miss being able to slide their foreskin over the glans. Circumcised guys often have little or no movable skin left and are forced to masturbate using lube or rubbing dry, without the loose skin. There is no going back if you don’t like the result.

A new study has shown real differences in fine touch sensitivity between circumcised and intact penises and that the most sensitive parts of the intact penis are those that would be removed by circumcision.

Many women who get to interact sexually with an intact penis prefer the natural state. Don’t do this to yourself just to fit in. Be proud of your whole and natural body.
Actually, it's been proven with scientific studies that an uncircumcised penis is more sensitive. That's a good thing.

Ive had both and I prefer uncircumcized. unless youre having problems I just find it easier to pleasure and you dont need lubes as much. its a bit more fun. and they look about the same when hard anyways
