Men's sexual health...?

I am 57 years younger. Due to my 12 years old diabetic condition, plus ED and PE, my love life is at the end of the tunnel. I regularly see my urologist and he says with age, love life or sex life whatever you sum up, dwindles downward. He first gave me some papervine injections for the penis which I did not like it and did not used it much. Afterword I had a test done at Sunnybrook called ultrasound of the penis. It showed that an artery of the penis is blocking the veins of the penis. But at this time I am not concerned with this. Right now my concern is when I masturbate and when my semen comes out, right at the precise time, I get an agonizing, sharp needle like pain in the back upper part of my thigh., and that pain remians for the duration of exiting the semen and after word the pain is gone. But when I have this pain, it takes away the pleasure I should have when exiting the semen. Does any one know what it could be or has someone experienced it. Please help. Thanks.

This is a great question for you doctor. It sounds as if other tests should be performed. This could possibly be something simple like muscle pain, or it could be a circulation problem. Make an appointment, and let the doctor evaluate the problem. Good Luck!

Do NOT use any supplements until you find out what's causing your pain.

wow, that must be painfull....Its probably somthing to do with the urethra. Yes, males have urithras 2. it's the tunel in which the pee comes out and the semen. Luckily women have to men only have one.
when you eject semen could the semen pressure affect the artery that is blocking your penis veins? and what if that artery is connected to your thigh? It is a theory, try checking with your doctor
Self masturbation is not really healthy. when you masturbate, you exert a lot of energy in your legs trying to conceal the semen at the back of your balls to come out; and by the time it comes out, your legs are tired like you walked miles to reach your climax. try to have sex with someone where you don't have to harden your legs that much, that you feel the tickle all over your body, that your excitement comes purely from all over the body and not depending on the legs alone to push it out your penis.
I think you have prostatitis or seminal vesiculitis, it will need another visit to urologist. And u said u r regularly visiting him. This may need treatment with antibiotics. Good luck!
try to have sex with someone ,and do not masturbate.good luck
take some Yohimbe Bark, Sasasprilla, vitamin E, Damania, Ginseng and come back and share with us the results.
