Answer:
Cost varies by region. It takes a few weeks to fully heal (no masturbation or sex until then). Urologists do it.

Ultimately you have the benefit of choosing what you want since you're uncircumcised, so it's up to you.

However, remember that once you do it you can't go back. So research it throughly, especially on the risks. Here are a few:

Circumcision is extremely painful.

The USA is the last advanced nation doing it, but rates have fallen down from over 90% in the 1960s to as low as 21% here in California currently. From CNN:

Circumcision was actually promoted in the USA at first to stop masturbation (in hopes of it being tight enough to require lubes and not have skin to slide since the foreskin is already moist)

I have two friends who have gone under it; one was for medical reasons and he liked it. The other he did for 'looks' and he regrets it a lot. So just make sure you know what you want.
that is so cute or not...

Dude your 25 years old why get cired now. i hear it is worse when your older they cut the skin then stich it together your night erections are pretty painfull cause it pulls on the stiches. your unit will swell up and the head will be very sensitve for a while because it was covered by the skin that was cut away. you have to keep it bandaged up for a while untill it stops bleeding. My buddy had it done drop your drawers put your feet in the sturrups and the doctor and his assistant start snipping away while you lay there spread eagled. sounds like somthing i want to run out and do..

Costs are different depending where you go or live

good luck

When you go to a doctor to see about having it done; they will answer all of your questions. Do you have a general doctor who takes care of you? They can suggest a good doctor to go to for your needs. Or you can call a hospital and ask them for the name of a doctor who does circumcisions.
If you have foreskin, and you have no problems with it; stay with it. You really don't want to go through circumcision. It's painful.
Ugh... No, you REALLY don't wanna do that. Believe me, from someone who was circed as a baby and wish he hadn't been, and has read about people who made the same decision as you(they regretted it, BTW).
At your age circumcisions are done by urologists. Unless there's a medical need for it, it probably falls under cosmetic surgery and thus many insurances won't pay for it. So it can be several hundred dollars. The healing time is generally between 2-4 weeks.

In my opinion, if there's nothing wrong with your foreskin, you maintain good genital hygiene, and you practice safe sex, it's probably not the best idea to get circumcised (see links).
I can't comment on costs but I have seen lots of posts from guys recovering from the surgery.
Adult males lose 15 square inches (40 square centimetres) of skin in circumcision, over half the skin of your penis. You lose the gliding action as it slides on itself during masturbation and sex. You will suffer bruising, perhaps some bleeding, and the swelling from the disruption to the lymph system goes on for up to six months. Removing the foreskin turns the surface of the glans from an inner mucosal membrane to outside skin. Newly circumcised adults usually go through some weeks of intense discomfort as the glans is constantly exposed to rubbing on clothing, until it develops a thicker keratin layer and becomes less sensitive. You must abstain from ALL sexual activity for an average of six weeks. Some men like the final result but others complain of loss of sensation and miss being able to slide their foreskin over the glans. Circumcised guys often have little or no movable skin left and are forced to masturbate using lube or rubbing dry, without the loose skin. There is no going back if you don’t like the result.
A few intact males have problems with tight foreskin but this is only a tiny proportion of intact males. The condition can now be almost always treated with simple stretching exercises, sometimes in combination with a steroid cream that speeds up the process. However doctors who do not value the preservation of the foreskin often still trot out circumcision as a first-option treatment in the US and even some other countries.
Many women who get to interact sexually with an intact penis prefer the natural state. Don’t do this to yourself just to fit in. Be proud of your whole and natural body.
Cost of adult circumcision varies widely but an approximation is about $1000. As with everything, insurance coverage varies.
I would encourage you to explore the reasons you may want to be circumcised as an adult. Is your current state causing any physical health problems for you? Is this an aesthetic concern or a social pressure? Are there other ways to deal with the issue, rather than surgically altering yourself? An appointment with a health care provider to discuss these issues may help you clarify your decision.
