I would say you can masturbate as many times as you would like. Just do it in a private place where people won't see you, and it won't come back to embarrass you in the future.
Just so you know, just like everyone else has said, you can't get HIV or and STD from masturbation. Best part is that you don't get anyone pregnant!

As many as you want. You need to take some sex ed, or at least look up male sexuality on the net and do some heavy reading! You get HIV or other STDs from infected people you have sexual contact with.
You can only get HIV by being unprotected during sexual contact with people that already have this virus. So, there is no way you can get HIV by masturbating even if you do it a million times a day.
