Why did I wake up at 7:00.AM?

I was sleeping and I had a thought in my mind get up its 7:00 so I got up and I saw the clock and them I saw the AM do you think My subconious was playing a joke on me becasue I went to bed at like 5:00 or 6:00.

same reason i woke up at 6 cant sleep answers are calling me,
5 or 6 in the afternoon? maybe u had too much sleep at that hour (7) so ur mind was telling u its time to get up and get active.

7am is when the arrogant sun makes its presence felt in the sky here in Asia and that's when a lot of folks climb out of bed simultaneously.

This cacophony of neighbors waking up may have affected your sleep pattern if you are a light sleeper. Hence, it is not your subconscious playing mean on you but a willing coalition of mental energies from fellow citizens to wake up and smell the coffee, or kopi-O as we warmly call it in Asia!
Thats crazy. I would be angry if I woke up that early not on purpose. Heck, i'm angry if i wake up that early for any reason! hahaha
Maybe it was the sun that woke you up. Maybe you were just not tired anymore! Maybe it was noisy and you woke up. Maybe you have insomnia and can't stay asleep.
There are many reasons that could've affected your sleeping. But if you dont want to wake up that early..just go back to sleep. Unless you had to be somewhere that morning then no i would'nt recommend going back to sleep.
Most people can actually train their mind by using their "Subconcious Alarm Clock". Studies have shown that peopl who think about the time they are gonna wake for more than a minute wake up at that time because the body senses how much sleep will be needed and wakes your body up at 7a.m. Hope that helps : )
