How old are you- this is important in determining how you would lose weight. If you are overweight and still developing, reducing food intake and vitamins and nutrients is not a good idea. but increasing your daily activity is the key thing! Try to walk more, play more, any exercise and eat good foods- alot of fruits, veggies, chicken , whole wheat breads. Don't drink sods, eat chips, or fast foods. Also if you are a younger male- lime 10-15 as you age and develop your body will likely lose fat and gain muscle due to increased testosterone.
Don't try to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week!
It really depends on what you eat, and daily exercise. Try not to eat sweets, salads are good, and drink water, don't drink soda-pops or juices. A morning walk/jog and some basic exercise will do good, like curl-ups and push-ups. Don't quote me on any of this cause' I am no diatrician, or doctor. It's just what I do to stay healthy. If you eat healthy, and exercise daily, who knows how many pounds you can lose, and if not as many as you want, it will be better for you on the long run.
