Allergic reaction... keep an eye out for swelling and pain... try taking a benadryl and using some hydrocortisone cream or some anti itch cream but don't put it on the entire thing at once... just a small area and see if that helps... go tell your dad or a male adult you trust what you did. if its still bugging you call into the urgent care clinic or the ER and ask to speak with the nurse and see if she recommends you come into the hospital. If it's swelling you can do permenent damage so get it looked at.

stop using the baby oil. the itch will stop bath and use corn starch after
don't use baby oil again. stick to actual lubricants or vaseline.
