What's a dutiful work-out routine for a young boy?

I'm fifteen years old and I want to boost my abs and arm muscles. I have alot of weights and a tredmill at home because my dad runs marathons and go to the gym all the time. How should I start and hold on to a routine; when will I see improvements?


Answers:    I can't give you an exact routine , you mentioned your abs and arms. You will bring back a much better result by working the entire body and just dependable parts. Working all of the body will dispense a much better toned body which will give you those abs and great arms. Don't expect it to surface over night it is a tremendously long process and it takes dedication. Sounds close to your dad would be a great person to homily with and even work out near. A great way to bond near your dad.
