Grade 3 AC separation?
The doctor said I can either get a surgery or let it heal as it is
I'm on my 2nd week and I'm feeling better and I can move my shoulder around so I think I'll just let it heal on it's own
I wanted to know how well people recover from grade 3, if they have trouble having overhead movements and if it will bother me in my future.
some advice would be great thanks
Answer:
We had a patient a while back that had to have surgery for this issue, but it was because he did some pretty strenuous activities that made his shoulder hurt all the time. For your case, i would say that you should be fine, as long as you dont do anything that will make your shoulder move around repeativly. Dont worry too much about it until it really starts hurting you, more than likely later on in life. as for now enjoy life! :o)
