How has the Medicare Plan D (medicines ) affected your econom?y?

As an independent agent working with seniors the feedback that I'm getting is that it helps most people a lot. You just need to make sure that the plan you are on is the best. There is several thousand dollars difference in co-pays with different plans for some people. I always do a prescription analysis before recommending a plan. That way you know that your current plan is the best for this year.
Next year may be different, companies change their formulary and premium every year. So I do the analysis each year for all my clients to make sure they've got the current best plan. If you're agent hasn't done an analysis it may be time to find one that does.
IT HAS HELPED ME A LOT. I AM IN THE BRACKET THAT I DO NOT TAKE TO MANY MEDS SO IT REALLY HAS HELPED ME..
I NEED SEVERAL MEDS FOR A HEART CONDITION AND WOULD HAVE A REAL STRUGGLE IF I DIDN'T HAVE HELP.
