I found the best remedy for my headache was to divorce him.
You could try Tylenol or Advil. Also ice packs on your head work well. Sometimes if you have slept wrong, stretching and messaging the muscles in your neck can help.

No, no, no. All those other answers were totally wrong!! All you need to do is take 2 Excedrin. It is the best headache meds out there. It gets the pain out so you can move on your with your day and get back to your life. :)! Or just don't take anything and drink water, and do breathing excercises. Sit the typical meditation style ( one leg crossed over the other), close your eyes and depply inhale, exhale. Do that for at least 20 mins. Make sure you block out the thoughts and just zone out. It will help, if not get rid of it completely.
