Gel insoles?

So I just bought some gel insoles (the kind you put behind your heel) because my pumps kept slipping off. The problem is that whenever I take my shoes the insoles stick to my foot and start to come off. Is there any way I can prevent this? thanks=]

Answer:
create a barrier between the gel and your skin, say a piece of cloth or panty hose type material.
