How long does withdrawels last getting off of pain pills?
Answer:
Darvocet is an opiod medication is is very addictive.
Withdrawl typically lasts about 4 or 5 days at it's worst and from then on get's better.
Day 2 to 4 are the worst days for most people.
Sometimes withdrawl can last longer and can become quiet severe.
But your body can feel wrecked for a lot longer after the symptoms of withdrawl ceases.
If you go and see your Doctor as I suggest you do, he can give you some Valium to ease the withdrawl symptoms.
It's tough going but in the end you just feel so alive.
I have just been through it myself again.
Good luck champ.
