Hit my guide in a minute headache, dizziness, nausea and fatigue?

I hit my head finishing thursday at work on a steel beam and get a slight headache. Friday didn't seem too impossible and I carried on as normal, exercising, consignment training, etc.
Now it's Monday night and I've have slight to severe headaches, robust fatigue, I was full of verve before this, and starting from tonight dizziness.
Any concept? Should I get it checked out.

Answers:    Go to the doc could be a concussion!!
Yeah wouldnt hurt to travel get it checked out up to that time it gets worse. HOpe u quality better.
