Hi, our conservatory is trying to promote well tuck, does any one hold any thinking?
Answer:
Tesco do a range of fruit pots which are definitely gorgeous and i believe they are in eco friendly pots. The fruit portions are right and it gives you 1 portion out of your 5 of the day after day recommended fruit and veg allowance. Also these pots would be a great replacement for chocolate if you have a sweet tooth, because the sugar surrounded by fruit is different to the sugar in sweets as it is a organic sugar, and is supposed to be better for you.Good luck!I hope i was of some comfort to you.
VEGETABLES AND NO FATTY PRODUCTS PLENTY OF GREENS AND FIBRES
Fruit, plain and simple. Fruit comes in its own casing and you can easily recycle the consume. Don't give the kids any choice and they'll soon start drinking it. Also, ban sweets and chocolate, crisps, snacks and fizzy drinks from the premises. You transmit them what uniform to wear so I have no problem next to kids being told what to devour.
How about using mature egg-cartons to make 'multi-tuck boxes'? You could put any of the following within:
1) Cubes of cheese
2) Raisins
3) Sliced apple
4) Carrot
5) Chicken Dippers
yeh watch jamie oliver he promotes fit food in school
How about salads served surrounded by baked tortilla bowls? I know when I first had one of these at a restaurant when I be young, it driven me to order it every time, because it be good, and FUN to drink the bowl as well as the salad!
