I guess you are referring to your fingernails? Simply eat healthy as your fingernails are a window to how you are taking care of yourself. Do you have split nails? I read it was a result of too much water on the nails so dry your hands completely. The best thing I found was warm, sunny weather... go to Cuba for a week and see how nice your fingernails will be after 7 days.
