I've Been Taking Sleeping Pills?

.for the past 2 night so far (2 tabs a dark of Sominex) b.c I could not sleep for about 4 night in a row. I haven't have my period ending month & I'm NOT sexually active so I know its not pregnancy. I don't know if a deficiency of menstrual cycle could be part of my restless night. I also am worrying alot about college & the loan I should be recieving pretty soon... I'm a nervous reck nearly that...

I usually go to bed @ 10-11pm & stir up @ 8-9am. NOW I have to force myself to sleep @ 12pm purely laying in attendance restlessly until I finally doze off @ 2am! THEN I get up up at 11-12am. I hate that. I might be getting adequate sleep, but it messes up my schedule alil.

Is it ok to run sleeping pills regularly? for months?

Answer:
What you are taking is nothing more than an antihistamine labled for sleep. These are fine to pilfer as they are the meds you use for allergies. The side effect is they can cause drowsiness hence they open market them for sleep. You need to try reheat milk at bedtime and a nice relaxing soak in the tub beside all the lights out and freshly candle light. Also read or do non stimulating comings and goings before bed and be sure your bedroom is used for sleep with the sole purpose unless you have to use it for other things. You are anxious so it is typical to have sleep disturbances. If it become a real problem see your doc around meds for anti-anxiety.
Sleeping pills are addictive, that is why you should not pocket them for more then 10 days surrounded by a row. Then you need to stop.

What doctors will report you is take them for 10 days contained by a row to get your body use to the sleeping shape then stop and tolerate your body do the same template on it's own.

If you still can't get to sleep after that consequently you need to run to the doctors to see what else could be wrong.

Good Luck & Sweet Dreams!
The reason you may not be have a period is because of stress.
