Okay today at basketball i went to step shoot and i turned and just fell and hear a pop..My coach asked me where it hurt and it be down by my ankle bone.or whatever.and he told me he think i tweaked it.i can put a lil pressure on it.but not a whole lot nonetheless.but i just can't turn it that much nonetheless ..so he told me to ice rime ice.I hold a basketball game tomorrow.at 2 and i don't know if i can play.I hold been icing it since 7 and it is in a minute 9:14 do you guys think i will know how to play tomorrow if i keep icing it down..and later wrap it tomorrow before spectator sport.plz hurry and answer my question past tomorrow..Thanx sooo much..
Answers: Get a wrap/support/brace and wrap it around your ankle. You'll probably need it if you're planning on playing tomorrow.
If you're still contained by pain by tomorrow though... you might want to progress to the doctor and see if there wasn't a slight fracture.
If in attendance is a slight fracture the only item that's ultimately going to heal it is time. Don't over-do it..
Even if it doesn't hurt I don't deem playing would be a good opinion, you could just expire up making it worse.
