I have knees problems too. (I am 14.) I wear a brace sometimes, you can get them at Rite-Aid or somewhere for going on for $10. If it's swollen you should try an ice pack. Also, if you hear a cracking nouns you could have broken something. There is also something you can acquire (I forget what it's called) where bone spurs break stale you knee, but that usually make your lower leg hurt. If it doesn't go away soon I would suggest going to the doctor, try to convince your mom.

Maybe you injured or re-injured your knee.....Could be accumulate fluid there.If you haven't hurt yourself freshly take a couple of Ibuprophens and relax .This is a flawless medication for any inflammation .and does well next to pain too...Relax.....
