Thigh pain and numbness?
Answer:
Your pain and numbness is nerve related and has nothing to do with your muscles. It could be your sciatica nerve or if you wear a tight belt or a heavy workbelt, it could be meralgia paresthetica.
You strained a muscle in there, somehow. Sit in a tub of ebson salts, this will help reduce the pain.
i think that you have straignd a muscle. maybe before when you did excercise you didnt stretch. it sounds very servere. i advicer you to go to the doctors.
kyle , sounds like a herniated disc..or a pulled muscle. there is really a number of things. the first thing i would do is go to web md, sympton checker...try this its really good
Tou might have a compressed nerve or a herniated disk. You should try stretching your back and leg every day. MAke sure the excercises that you do aim to stretch yout lower back/pelvis area. A herniated disk in a lower vertebrae is usually the most common cause of your symptoms.
