Why won't this treat?

so i got a cat chisel on my upper arm a few weeks ago, and i KNOW that one's old.

but it's not remedial. it still looks like she scratched me 2days ago.



deff. not infected btw. freshly not healing

Answers:    first hang on to it clean next to soap and water, after try applying Neosporin. that should work.
you should try using some neosporin it can help you restore to health works for me oh if youre diabetic healing take longer
